Qualifications
Expertise in layout and verification methodologies for RF/Analog/Mixed Signal ICs
Strong command of Cadence Virtuoso XL for layout and Calibre (ERC, DRC, LVS) for verification
Ability to quickly integrate and contribute within a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills with complex technical challenges
Experience with DFM hierarchical layout construction for efficient verification and integration
Solid understanding of process-driven design trade-offs (cross-talk, RC delay, electro-migration, IR drop, self-heating, shielding, matching, guard rings, LOD, WPE, latch-up, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (VLSI coursework preferred for entry-level)

We are currently seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Designer with more than 7 years of hands-on expertise in custom Mixed-Signal Circuit Design. Ideal candidates will have design experience with PLLs, data converters, amplifiers, power management, bandgap references, and SERDES.

Key Responsibilities
Design analog building blocks including multi-GHz PLLs, sense amplifiers, charge pumps, bandgaps, serial interfaces, and data converters
Execute pre-tapeout verification flows ensuring performance, power, reliability, and timing compliance
Collaborate closely with mask design engineers to deliver physical design, as well as with test and characterization teams for silicon evaluation and production readiness
Partner with the digital design team to ensure seamless integration and high-quality SoC mixed-signal delivery
Prepare and maintain project documentation, and contribute to the improvement of design flows
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence
Qualifications
MSEE/PhD with 3–10 years of experience, or BSEE with 5–10 years (MS/PhD preferred)
Strong background in the semiconductor industry
Hands-on expertise in designing performance analog and hybrid Phase Locked Loops, ADCs, DACs, VCOs, LDOs, bandgaps, charge pumps, op-amps, and interpolator circuits
Proficiency with Cadence tools (ADE-L, ADE-XL), including Monte Carlo, noise, aging, EM/IR drop, and stability analysis (experience with Synopsys Custom Compiler is a plus)
Skilled with simulation tools such as Spectre, Hspice, and PrimeSim
Familiarity with MATLAB, SystemVerilog, and Python is preferred
Ability to interpret DRC and LVS results using tools such as Calibre, ICV, or PVS
Experience with ROIC chips is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Effective team player with enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive mindset

Chip-level floorplanning with bus/pin variables
Synthesis and place-and-route optimization
Parasitic extraction and static timing analysis
Low-power intent (UPF/CPF)

Physical verification and sign-off

We are looking for an RF/Analog IC Layout Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with layout engineers and RF designers to create detailed transistor-level layouts of RF and analog circuit blocks, including bandgap/bias/LDO, ADC/DAC, baseband filters, modulators, power amplifiers, PLL, LO generation, LNAs, and Mixers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality layouts that pass all verification flows, including extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM checks. Layout quality will be assessed for power/ground routing, electromigration, signal path accuracy, differential and IQ matching, and signal coupling.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of industry experience
Hands-on experience with FinFET technologies
Strong background in custom RF/analog layout for transceivers and deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
High proficiency in interpreting CALIBRE DRC, ERC, and LVS results
Proficiency with CADENCE layout tools
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in layout techniques for device matching, parasitic reduction, RF shielding, and high-frequency routing
Strong understanding of RC delay, electromigration, and signal coupling
